These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wordigo mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

Wordigo is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Wordigo offers virtual items (such as Gems) and premium features that can be purchased using real money.

• No Real-World Value: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed by the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Refund requests must be handled according to their policies.
• Account Progress: Virtual items are tied to your device or synced account. We are not responsible for lost items if your app data is deleted without syncing.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Wordigo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide noticeable updates, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
